Explore The Candidates (10:30 am)
This is the event we all need to be a part of as Patriots. We will be vetting the candidates from Springfield IL down to this area and bit more south. We need to hear these candidate's answers to the questions that need to be asked. This event will cover State Representatives, State Senators, and Congressional Candidates that are up for election. Bring your signs but be respectable with the wording please. The event will start with the a brief word of thanks from the group holding this event, "Thank you Vets", the Pledge to our Flag and Country, songs of America, and our prayer for all of the people running this country, which should be us, the people.
1) We will have a straw poll at the end of the event which will also include the Presidential Candidates. 2) Plenty of Parking 3) Lunch will be served at 11:30 and the questions will start at 12:15 4) Tom Long- MC 5) Adam Andrzejewski will introduce "Open the Books" 6) Cost per person attending- $10 or $17 for senior couple over 65 years of age please. This will cover advertising cost, printing cost, food and venue, etc.... All attending will have to pay if you eat or not. Sorry but we have to pay the bills. Once again, freedom is not free. 7) The venue at Son Life Church is great. We will be able to text questions from the patriots and it will show up on the screens for us to see. 8) We have a 5 panel question board to ask the questions and to probe the answers to the candidates. 9) We need to show that Southern IL Patriots are fighting to win back seats in IL. We, the people, need to send a clear message to all that are running for office that the TEA Party, 912 Groups and others are prepared to do what needs to be done, peacefully, to protect us from this government that is now in place. We need to save the seats of those conservatives that are being threatened now, by not only Dems but RINOS in IL. 10) Please RSVP by Jan. 27th and send for Tickets to Rhonda Linders,
CLOAKING
or call 618-786-3338. See you all there. This is so important for our freedoms in this state that is being worn away under Agenda 21 without the knowledge of most candidates dealing with "sustainability" votes. Groups and candidates will have tables available to them but we must know in advance. Each will have one or a 1/2 table for their info. We may lose 5 seats up north due to Chicago politics and redistricting, so we win from downstate and we need to all stand up and do something to make this work for us, the people, the tax payer, the property owners and gun owners of this state, the farmers that supply our food, etc...Make a stand! All are welcome to attend. It is a peaceful event and remember, TEA Party, 912 Groups and others are non partisan, we are Conservatives in fiscal spending, smaller government, and we believe the Constitution is the law of the land and we will protect our law, our Country and our freedoms.

Meet N Greet Jason Plummer (7:00 pm)
This is your invitation to Meet Jason Plummer with Congressman Joh Shimkus.

Turner Hall Columbia IL
7:00 - 8:30
On Monday, February 13th, Jason Plummer, Republican candidate for the 12th US Congressional District, will be hosting a Meet & Greet at Turner Hall in Columbia, IL. This is your opportunity to get to know Jason. He demonstrated his strength as a candidate during the state wide 2010 Lieutenant Governor race beating 5 other Republicans during the primary and winning all but 4 of the 102 counties in the state during the general election. Not only is Jason a known conservative, but he is known to all of us as a young, hardworking, successful businessman. He has been strongly endorsed by US Representative John Shimkus (who will be attending the Meet & Greet), Senator Mark Kirk and many others. Jason believes in reigning in Washington’s spending spree, bringing a job friendly environment back to Southern Illinois, and in standing up to special interest groups. The attached invitation has all the details and Jason looks forward to the chance to meet Monroe County! Jason and Congressman Shimkus sincerely hopes to see you there.
